My sincerest apologies that I haven't posted in forever! The last month, which is usually supposed to be really slow for me since summer camps are over...was not! I had small conference in September that I was over, and then I got myself into all kinds of blanket sewing projects that filled my 'craft, blog, cook, etc' time. I am currently in the middle of a two week long Chinese conference. The few weeks before Thanksgiving were a race to get everything ready. Then I was in California with my family for a week for Thanksgiving (while Rand was in El Salvador for a dental excursion). I arrived home on Saturday, November 28th. I had just enough time to attend the annual BYU vs. Utah rivalry game, and then do final prep for the conference. Sunday, the following day, consisted of a number of trips to the airport to pick up the participants (with interpreter in tow...because, oh yeah, they don't speak English).
Ever since then it's been non-stop 'go, go, go'!

I finally had a break to catch up on some of what is going on in all of your lives (those in the blogging world!) This conference is over this weekend (after some more death-defying drives in this snowstorm to the airport, stories to follow!) and then I will begin my 'catch-up' for the blog. You know, some updates on our lives the last few months
